Below is an update of the construction start and finish dates for each stage of Aro Terraces, along with a reminder of what Terraces are in each stage.
Stage 1: Terraces 51-61
Stage 2: Terraces 6-21, 32-45
Stage 3: Terraces 1-5, 22-31, 46-50

Apartmento: programme dates for the commencement and completion of Apartmento are still to be confirmed, we are still awaiting consents to be approved by Wellington City Council, with our foundation consent lodged in August 2021. This has been escalated within Council and we are hopeful to have this confirmed soon. This will enable these works to be completed.
Please note we have had delays due to COVID19 and a delay notice will be formalised with your solicitor, which may see your sunset dates pushed out for completion.
